Industry Partners Raffle
If you would like to participate in the raffle be sure to bring a gift and a bowl to collect business cards and draw your raffle winner from. Towards the end of the trade show we will come around to each participating booth with the microphone and announce the winner of that booth’s drawing.
Wine & Beer Tasting Reception
We are having a Talk-to-Taste event again this year. To have a taste the attendees must have tickets… which will be available at each Industry Partner booth. As an exhibitor, you will be given a set amount of tickets so it will be up to you to distribute them wisely.
With 50 booths this year there will be plenty of time to network and get to know your colleagues. Attendees will be ready for the reception after all day seminars. For those involved in the golf tournament, it will take place on Wednesday, a day prior to tradeshow set up.
Special Features
- A dedicated industry partners and attendees’ reception the afternoon/evening of Thursday, May 9th.
- Booth includes dinner for two per exhibit space on the day of the tradeshow
- Additional booth participants for tradeshow only: $75
- Option: IP can bring a prize to be raffled to attendees during the tradeshow

- Booths are 8’ x 8’, and 8’ x 10’ one booth per IP allowed, includes 6’ table, 2 chairs, drapes and tablecloth are black
- Each booth includes 2 tradeshow/dinner attendees for May 9th
- Booth will be released if payment is not received by April 1st

Mobile App – Notable Features for Industry Partners!
We are utilizing the Eventsential mobile app for our conference again this year. This will enhance the overall experience for the attendees and for you, the Industry Partners. This mobile app allows attendees to pre-select exhibitors to visit, make notes about their visit with you, access your website directly from the app and send via email or social media your contact information to another person!
You can download the app from Android / Google Play store or App Store on Apple so you may explore the many ways to use the app at the conference.
Attached is the flyer with all the NEW features of the app, including a Timeline to interact with attendees, private texting in the app and so much more!
