Vendors are encouraged to provide door prizes!

If it is necessary to ship materials to the Hotel, each item shall be properly packed and marked with (a) Group’s name (A4LE) and contact (Julie Fried); (b) the date of the Program; and (c) the name of the company (yours) contact. Group shall ship materials ahead only as reasonably necessary, but no more than five (5) days prior to the Program Dates.
