Thomas Riddle

Thomas Riddle Thomas is an educator, author, and experience designer with more than 30 years in K–12 education as a classroom teacher, principal, district curriculum coordinator, and adjunct professor. He currently serves as Assistant Director at Roper Mountain Science Center in Greenville, South Carolina.

Thomas is the founder of Imagineering Education, a framework that applies principles from themed-experience design to the creation of meaningful, engaging learning environments. His work focuses on the intentional design of story, space, experience, and culture to help schools become places where students and educators thrive.

He is the author of Imagineering Education: A Guide to Creating the Most Magical Schools on Earth and a nationally recognized speaker who works with teachers, school leaders, architects, and designers to reimagine how learning environments are planned, built, and experienced. His work has been featured by outlets including Edutopia, CNN, Fox News, and TEDx, and he has collaborated with creative and educational initiatives connected to both Disney and Lucasfilm.
