The Washington Chapter conference is just around the corner and we have some details for you to help make this a trouble-free and very successful show for all. We encourage you to step away from your table and network as much as possible during this four hour event!
Special Features:
- A dedicated industry partners and attendees’ reception on Friday, June 2, 2023
- Each booth includes dinner for two (2) per exhibit space on the day of the trade show ONLY (does NOT include a full conference registration)
- Additional booth participants for trade show only: $75
- Option: Industry Partner can bring a prize to be raffled to attendees during the trade show

Booth Details:
- Space is approximately 6’ x 6’, this is a table top display and includes 6’ table, 2 chairs, drapes and tablecloth are black
- Electricity drops will be available at each space by request – 120v.
- Only one (1) space per industry partner

Industry Partners Raffle
If you would like to participate in the raffle be sure to bring a gift and a bowl to collect business cards and draw your raffle winner from. Towards the end of the trade show we will come around to each participating booth with the microphone and announce the winner of that booth’s drawing.
Mobile App – Notable Features for Industry Partners!
We are utilizing the
Eventsential mobile app for our conference again this year. This will enhance the overall experience for the attendees and for you, the Industry Partners. This mobile app allows attendees to pre-select exhibitors to visit, make notes about their visit with you, access your website directly from the app and send via email or social media your contact information to another person!
You can download the app from Android / Google Play store or App Store on Apple so you may explore the many ways to use the app at the conference.
Attached is the flyer with all the NEW features of the app, including a timeline to interact with attendees, private texting in the app and so much more!
