Annual Chapter Sponsorships

The generous support from our sponsors helps sustain this community of passionate individuals committed to creating impactful educational environments. Chapter events provide value through recognition of your support through our Sponsors spotlight.

Policies

1. Annual sponsorship begins January 1st and ends December 31st of given calendar year.
   1. Sponsorships initiated after January 1st shall expire on December 31st.
2. Representatives from the sponsoring organization will be responsible for program admission costs, with additional attendees allowed for Program Sponsors, see below.
3. Sponsoring organizations will be responsible for submitting digital logos and promotional materials for use as noted below.
4. Payment will be due in full.
   1. Invoices shall be sent to sponsoring organization contact.

Sponsorship Levels

Scholarship Sponsor

• Contribution: $2,000
• 2 maximum number of sponsors
• Scholarship Sponsorship is open to current Chapter member organizations
• Company logo displayed at Scholarship Fundraiser Program
• Company logo displayed on Scholarship Forms sent to all Chapter Districts
• Company name included on plaques delivered to Scholarship recipients
• Acknowledgement plaque provided for sponsorship participation and presented at a Chapter Meeting
• Company logo displayed on all Program notifications (typically 3 notifications per program)
• Company logo on Acknowledgement Sign or Slide at all monthly programs
• Company logo displayed on all other Chapter public correspondence
• Exposure to A4LE membership, industry leaders and School District and Higher Education staff

Annual Sponsor

• Contribution: $1,000
• 15 maximum number of sponsors
• Annual Sponsorship is open to current Chapter member organizations
• Company logo displayed on all Program notifications (typically 3 notifications per program)
• Company logo on Acknowledgement Sign or Slide at all monthly programs
• Company logo displayed on all other Chapter public correspondence
• Exposure to A4LE membership, industry leaders and School District and Higher Education staff

Program / Event Sponsor

• Contribution: $350 for members or $500 for non-members
• Maximum sponsors per program varies on program type
• Program Sponsorship is open to members and non-members
• Company logo displayed on Program notifications (typically 3 notifications per program)
• Company logo on Acknowledgement Sign or Slide at specific program or event
• Exposure to A4LE membership, industry leaders and School District and Higher Education staff
• Program sponsor shall be allowed to bring company literature that will be distributed by A4LE.
• Program sponsor shall be permitted to bring up to three (3) people to the Program event without charge for the meal.
