Mass Timber Construction Site Tour

Interested in learning more about the ins and outs of a mass timber building? Join Swinerton Buildings, Timberlab, and Dick Clark + Associates to learn about the design and construction experience, challenges, and solutions that have gone into the newest east Austin mass timber building.
Workbench is a new four-story mixed-use development in the heart of East Austin. Utilizing mass timber as a structural system, this building will feature multiple floors of collaborative office space, retail space, and restaurant space. It will also incorporate a 108-stall parking structure.
Safety is our #1 priority for every attendee. You are required to wear Construction Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times while on site. Swinerton has very limited PPE available for visitors; if you have your own PPE, please bring it with you, including protective boots.
If you are not wearing protective footwear, you will NOT be able to join the tour.
