...AT LAST!! We are so excited to see everyone in New Bern in a couple of months!!
Please join us this year by donating to the
16th Annual Silent Auction at the North Carolina Chapter Annual Conference, to be held April 16-18, 2023 in New Bern, NC. Bidding will begin at lunch on
Monday, April 17th and will conclude during our cocktail reception that evening.
All monies raised will be donated to K-12 Education-based charities in North Carolina – with a special emphasis on encouraging and inspiring students and staff throughout the state.
This year, more than ever before – we

This is a wonderful & fun way to market your company as well as support the scholarship fundraising efforts for the Chapter.
Please contact us no later than March 24, 2023 and let us know your intent for the auction so we have time to prepare signs and flyers with your information!
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW! We need the following by March 31st:
- A PDF/JPEG File of Your Company Logo
- A Description of the Donated Item and its Value
- Delivery preference – choose one of the following methods to get your donated item to the conference:
- Send to Ann Collier, Oakley Collier Architects at the address below, or
- Bring to Conference – please leave donated item at Registration Desk upon check-in (please let me know if this is your preferred method of delivery)
