We are anticipating roughly 250 attendees representing school facility managers and planners from throughout our region. We hope this will be a great opportunity for you to meet with these planners and share your services and expertise.
Conference attendees will be encouraged to visit the Trade Show throughout the day and during the dedicated trade show time. We will have trade show games for the attendees to play to encourage visiting the tables. The game and prize drawing are designed to encourage visiting the Trade Show. You are welcome to collect cards/information and give away a prize from your company.
Special Features:
- A dedicated industry partners and attendees’ reception
- Booth includes dinner for two per exhibit space on the day of the trade show ONLY (does NOT include a full conference registration)
- Additional booth participants for trade show only: $75
- Option: industry partners can bring a prize to be raffled to attendees during the trade show
Booth Details:
- Booths are approximately 6’ x 8’, one booth per IP allowed
- Includes 6’ table, 2 chairs; the drapes and table cloth are black
- Each booth includes 2 trade show / dinner attendees for Saturday, June 15
- Booth will be released if payment is not received by April 30
Exhibitors will be assigned space on a first come first served basis.
