The Washington Chapter is proud to host this year’s regional conference. With the success of our chapter trade shows in Walla Walla and Tacoma, we are keeping many things the same for the regional conference at Motif Seattle.
As a summary of what to look forward to:
- The same schedule, with the trade show in the afternoon on day 2 after seminars
- Expanded trade show floor with additional exposure to attendees from around the region
- Wine tastings to entice attendees
- Talk-to-Taste! Attendees must talk to Industry Partners to get their tasting tickets!
With 50 booths this year there will be plenty of time to network and get to know your colleagues. Attendees will be ready for the reception after all day seminars. For those involved in the golf tournament, it will take place on Wednesday, a day prior to trade show set up.
Special Features
- A dedicated industry partners and attendees’ reception the afternoon/evening of Thursday, May 3rd
- Booth includes dinner for two per exhibit space on the day of the trade show
- Additional booth participants for trade show only: $75.00
- Option: IP can bring a prize to be raffled to attendees during the trade show

- Each booth includes 2 trade show/dinner attendees for May 3rd
- All booths are $750 A4LE Members and $850 for Non-Members
- Booth will be released if payment is not received by April 1st
