Donations Needed!!!
Please join us this year by donating to the Silent Auction at our North Carolina Conference, to be held May 3-5 at the Holiday Inn Resort Lumina in Wrightville Beach, NC. Bidding will begin on Monday, and will conclude during our cocktail reception that evening.
Each year, we select an organization to be the recipient of silent auction donations. This year ALL of the money raised during the auction goes directly to
Kids Making It, a local youth woodworking program to support vocational, entrepreneurial, and life skills to youth.
Many of you have participated in our past auctions and we greatly appreciate your contributions and support! For those of you that are new to this event or who have not participated in the past, we strongly encourage you to support this worthy cause.
This year, we
NEED your participation to make the Auction even better than before. Your company/school system/business will be recognized during the auction. Please consider a donation of any sort! Below are some ideas of previous donations to get your thinking caps churning:

This is a wonderful and fun way to market your company as well as support the fundraising efforts for Kids Making It. Please contact us no later than April 24, 2026, and let us know your item/intent for the auction so we have time to prepare signage and flyers with your information!
Important Items
We need the following by April 24, 2025:
- A PDF/JPEG file of your company logo
- A description of the donated item and its value
- Delivery preference:
- Send to one of the committee members at the addresses below, or
- Bring to Conference – please leave donated item at Registration Desk upon check-in.
