All registration costs are charged in USD and include GST, meals and programs. (Prices are approximate based on currency conversion at the time of set up). Your credit card will convert to CAN. Checks are acceptable payable in USD to A4LE, 11445 E Via Linda, Ste 2-440, Scottsdale, AZ 85259.

There is a $75 USD processing fee for all cancellations. No refunds will be issued for registrations canceled or created after 11:59 p.m. PST on 11 October, 2024.
