William A. Stice Named Association for Learning Environments Chair Elect

William Stice WASHINGTON, DC – William Stice, REFP, currently serves as a senior project manager in the facilities department of Terracon's Houston office. With over 22 year of construction management experience and coordination and supervision of all phases of building programs, Mr. Stice honed his skills in the third largest school district in Texas. Most importantly, Bill Stice has proven his ability to develop the team work needed to enable successful completion of any project. An active member of the Association for Learning Environments since 1990, he has held several leadership roles including Southern Region president and director of the Gulf Coast chapter.
