Sponsor exhibit spaces are 6’ x 3’ draped and skirted tables with two chairs and a wastebasket. Please note that pipe and draping are not available. All tabletops will be assigned according to sponsorship levels.
Attendees will join you in Virginia Room EF/Virginia Room Foyer for all meals, keynote speakers, refreshment breaks and receptions throughout the conference. We encourage all sponsors to participate in our interactive conference sessions! No need to stand at your tabletop during session times. Take advantage of the knowledge-building and networking opportunities and join your colleagues at the sessions of your choice. This will be a great opportunity for you to meet with school facility designers, managers, planners and administrators from throughout Virginia.

Shipping and Receiving Information
Because of limited storage space, sponsor/exhibitors may ship items to the Hotel no sooner than 3 days prior to the Show. The Exhibitor will pay a $3.00 handling charge per delivered box or item and a $100.00 handling fee per pallet. You may ship your items to the address listed below.

Your sponsorship also affords you the opportunity to provide a “takeaway” item or insert to be included in the conference bags. If you are sending “takeaway” items for the conference bags, please note that on your shipping label.
