Building experience through a lifestyle of adventure and challenge, Alan embarked on the journey of a lifetime and set a world record on Mount Everest along with three members of his immediate family. It was a two-month expedition through some of the most exciting yet terrifying conditions imaginable and their success demanded an unwavering perseverance and resilience in the face of adversity. Alan delivers a number of exciting presentations and training programs designed to help individuals, team members and organizations reach new heights in the way we think and the actions we take in order to achieve breakthrough performance.

Reaching New Heights
Alan’s A4LE presentation is entitled “Reaching New Heights” and is a hybrid between a really exciting story and practical takeaway strategies. It’s built in-part around his family's expedition and world climbing Mount Everest, so it’s quite inspirational and very engaging while integrated into the journey. There will be a section on risk management, a section on agile strategies, a section on time management, building relationships, conflict resolution, etc. In these sections Alan will share short graphs and other information that attendees can use in their own work.
