Presenters

	Andy Bayler, Subject Matter Expert Andy has 15 years of experience in the carpet and flooring industry, specifically soft surface cleaning and maintenance, in both residential and commercial environments. He has personally owned a carpet cleaning business, worked in sales and distribution to the cleaning and restoration industry and managed commercial carpet cleaning and maintenance companies. He is an IICRC Certified Master Textile Cleaner, ICRA Master Cleaner in Textiles, and FCITS Carpet and Flooring Inspector. He currently sits on the revision council of the both the IICRC Commercial Carpet Cleaning Technician course, and the ANSI/IICRC S100 Standard for Professional Cleaning of Textile Floor Coverings. He has been the Product Care Manager for Tarkett since 2017. Andy lives in the Atlanta area with his wife and twin sons.
	Dave Hibbert, Subject Matter Expert Dave is the Senior Technical Coordinator for Tarkett with more than 17 years of experience in the resilient flooring industry. Dave currently provides technical support in many areas of the company such as, technical hotline, technical specifications, installation, maintenance, marketing support, testing and environmental sustainability. In addition, he has over 13 years’ experience in product development with various thermoset and thermoplastic polymer processes. He is currently an active member of ASTM F06 committee on resilient flooring. Dave currently resides and works in Ohio.
	John Sumlin, Facilitator As Vice President, Education for Tarkett North America (NA), John Sumlin has 30 years of experience in cultivating strategic markets, thought leadership and national trade association relationships (board seats, committee work and leadership). A sought after national speaker, John’s involvement in education includes K12 facility design for Indoor Environment Quality. He is regular presenter for EPA Tools for Schools Shields Network (Live and Webinar). John is also an active board/committee member with: the Association for Learning Environments, SchoolsNEXT, University of Tulsa Indoor Air Program, the Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS), and APPA/ANSI committee on Total Cost of Ownership standards development. John graduated with a BS from the University of Georgia.
