Broward County, Florida Tragedy / Safe Schools Best Practices

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

We at A4LE are horrified by the tragedy that continues to unfold in Broward County, Florida. Unfortunately, these violent occurrences are happening all too often in our schools and other public venues. Our association has worked to build best practices for planning safe campuses all over the world and we would like to extend this knowledge to our members and non-members through our Safe Schools publication. Please feel free to download and share this with officials and others who may benefit from its contents. In the coming weeks and months, questions will be asked, and solutions will be sought so we hope we can help in this time by being a resource to help our school professionals prevent these and other tragedies. Our hearts go out to those affected in Broward County during this time.
