Specific Event Sponsorships

PLEASE NOTE: To receive benefits in pre-event marketing, on app or website, sponsorship must be paid in full. Sponsorships must be paid in full prior to March 20th to be included on physical signage and to collect any complimentary registration to the event.

The Southern Region will not host a trade show this year. Please join us as a Road Rally sponsor  or event in lieu of a trade show. INDUSTRY PARTNER SCRABBLE Station – ONLY 20 available – ONLY 15 left!

	The Southern Region will not host a trade show this year at the conference in Waco, TX (April 2018). In lieu of a trade show we are hosting a Road Rally for the attendees, providing an opportunity for vendors to host a station on the rally in lieu of a booth at a trade show. The road rally will maximize visibility for you with attendees, via a more direct / one on one opportunity. Sponsorship of the Road Rally is open to Vendor Manufacturers, Suppliers and/or Distributors. Vendors may partner with their Distributor, if desired. All participating Sponsors must (1) submit registered auto insurance in order to participate and (2) provide two representatives. One representative will drive the Sponsor Vehicle (you supply) for their team while the second representative will be located at the Sponsor Booth at a location along the Road Rally route. Sponsors may hand out corporate goodies at the event. Participating drivers must not consume alcohol day of the event until the Road Rally is finished or they will be immediately disqualified. The road rally will be a traveling Scrabble game, where the participating attendees will visit each station, located throughout Waco. Each station will be hosted by a vendor/sponsor. The game will offer you the sponsor to interact with the all the participating attendees throughout the game. Game Basics: Two people from each participating sponsor/vendor will attend.
