15th Annual Silent Auction!!
...AT LAST!!! We are so excited to be finally meeting in person again and cannot wait to see everyone in Asheville next month!!
Since it has been a while since our last conference, I would like to remind you all about the
SILENT AUCTION and hope you will participate this year. Many of you have donated to our past auctions and we greatly appreciate your contributions and support! For those of you who have not participated in the past, we
strongly encourage you to support this worthy cause.
All monies raised will be donated to K-12 Education-based charities in North Carolina – with a special emphasis on encouraging and inspiring students and staff throughout the state.
Please join us this year by donating to the
15th Annual Silent Auction at the North Carolina Chapter Annual Conference, to be held April 3-5, 2022 in Asheville, NC. Bidding will begin at lunch on
Monday, April 4th and will conclude during our cocktail reception that evening.
This year, more than ever before – we

This is a wonderful & fun way to market your company as well as support the scholarship fundraising efforts for the Chapter.
Please contact us no later than March 25, 2022 and let us know your intent for the auction so we have time to prepare signs and flyers with your information!
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW! We need the following by March 25th:
- A PDF/JPEG File of Your Company Logo
- A Description of the Donated Item and its Value
- Delivery preference – choose one of the following methods to get your donated item to the conference:
- Send to Ann Collier, Oakley Collier Architects at the address below, or
- Bring to Conference – please leave donated item at Registration Desk upon check-in (please let me know if this is your preferred method of delivery)
