2015 Annual Chapter Conference

Art and Culture   May 6-8, 2015
Art and Culture: History, Community, Classroom
Tulalip Resort
Marysville, WA

As the Washington Chapter President, I invite you to register for our 2015 conference being held May 6-8 at the Tulalip Resort in Marysville. Our conference theme is “Art and Culture: History, Community, Classroom.”  The theme was inspired through my interactions with School of the Future students in Alaska who have used artwork in their projects to express the culture of their community. We hope the conference will inspire our Association for Learning Environments community to keep our local culture, both past and present, in mind when imagining and carrying out school design.

It is my hope, and the goal of our hardworking conference committee, to bring you a memorable experience, filled with insight, friendship and rewarding time spent together.

Thank you,

Kristin Helberg
Washington Chapter President
