The Trade Show will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2018 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, at the Doubletree Hotel. There will be breakfast, lunch and refreshments in the area of the Trade Show and the Prize Draw at the end of the day. We would ask that the Trade Show Exhibitors please consider donating a prize for the Draw.
Attendees will include personnel from School Divisions and the Ministry of Education, as well as Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Suppliers representing the whole spectrum of school facility design, planning, construction and operations. Registration of 125 Conference Delegates is anticipated. A4LE is approaching firms that provide products and services to the educational facilities market to help support this Conference.
The day of the trade show there will be a variety of engaging concurrent sessions, with topics dealing with planning, design, construction and maintenance and operations aspects of the school facilities.
Due to the limited display space, booths will be available on a first come first serve basis.
Trade Show Booths (8' x 8') will include back and side curtains, 1 table and 2 chairs. Additional requirements must be requested and additional costs will be passed through to the vendor.
A block of hotel rooms have been set aside at the conference rate of $109.00. Make sure to tell the hotel that you are with the A4LE Conference. This rate is only available until December 22, 2017.
