The annual Conference of the Association for Learning Environments, Saskatchewan Chapter, will be held Wednesday to Friday, January 27th to 29th, 2016 in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. Conference location is at the Living Sky Casino – Sky Centre at 1401 North Service Road East. A block of rooms are reserved under Conference at the Home Inn & Suites and the Holiday Inn Express & Suites.

The Conference will provide opportunities to tour the new Swift Current Joint Use Schools, Swift Current Bus Garage, and the Maverick School project. The opening session will focus on Joint Use School operations, followed by a variety of concurrent sessions that will satisfy a wide range of interest including a panel session on Friday with the Ministry of Education. The Association is approaching firms that provide products and services to the educational facilities market to help support this Conference. Plan to spend time at the all day trade show on Thursday, to learn about new products, materials and suppliers. Come experience the friendly Southwestern hospitality, with many opportunities to connect with old friends and meet new ones too.

Attendees will include personnel from School Divisions and the Ministry of Education, as well as Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Suppliers representing the whole spectrum of school facility design, planning, construction and operations. Registration of approx. 120-130 participants is anticipated.
