All sponsors will be given recognition throughout the conference.

One standard 3' wide tradeshow banner or 3' wide board on an easel is permitted.

Thursday Meet and Greet – all sponsors will be given space for their banner to be displayed at this event.

Friday – Platinum sponsors will have their banners at the podium/presentation area. Gold and silver sponsors will be given area to the side of the presentation area. Bronze sponsors will be situated to the back of the room.

We will place a table near the banners for sponsors to place one piece of literature, be it a brochure, catalogue or flyer. Only one piece and a business card, but can be a high quantity.

All sponsors will be given a list of attendees.

All sponsors will be given an opportunity to introduce themselves and their company at a point during the conference to talk about what you do and how your company improves educational facilities/ learning environments. No PowerPoints. This is designed to be brief, each sponsor will have up to 2 minutes to do their introduction.

This is not a tradeshow, but an opportunity to network, speak to the group and expose your company with a sign/ banner and the one page of literature. We will be flexible and accommodating wherever possible and our goal is to give you extra value for your sponsorship commitment.
