2022 Conference Session Participation Form »
COVID Protocols
This is an in person event and will follow all Government of Alberta COVID protocols and public health orders for large gatherings, whatever they may be, at the time of the event. |
The A4LE Alberta Chapter is pleased to announce our first in person event will be the 2022 Spring Conference. We have listened closely to membership feedback and are excited to announce this year’s conference will be held March 16-18, 2022 in Red Deer, Alberta. With this change in location, we expect to increase participation due to a reduction in costs and travel distances for attendees and presenters. We are also looking forward to the opportunity to offer a school tour as part of our program.
ReCONNECT-ED: Getting Back to the New Normal
Following two years of uncertainty, where resiliency and adaptation became synonymous with learners and learning environments, we find ourselves able to move forward toward a regular routine.
A new normal. What does this mean?
- What are we continuing to learn from the challenges that COVID-19 presented?
- What adaptations or innovations do we want to maintain as we move forward?
- What ideas or practices from the pre-pandemic years should we leave in the past as we move into our new normal?
- What are new challenges we face as we reconnect
The 2022 A4LE Alberta Chapter Spring Conference challenges conference delegates to consider these questions as we reconnect to each other and to our learning environments during this unprecedented time and into the future.
