There are 20 booth assignments available. These booths will be assigned on a first-come first served basis based on selection of regular booth space.

Tradeshow booth space is limited to two (2) people per booth. For more than two (2) people an additional $150/per person charge will apply. Tradeshow booth fees include attendance to President’s Reception only. Meals can be provided for an additional cost.

The venue and conference schedule are designed to maximize the exposure for exhibitors over a short period of time. The conference will be attended by more than one hundred school designers and facility personnel. The key timelines are as follows:
