Culinary Collaboration—Join your colleagues in a night of learning, networking and cooking!
Whether you're a novice, serious amateur or somewhere in between, recreational cooking classes at Johnson & Wales University will help you cook like a pro. Classes combine hands-on experience with demonstrations under the direction of our professional chef-instructors.
In just a few hours, you can:
- explore world cuisines
- learn knife skills + other fundamentals
- perfect your favorite pastry, cookie or confection
The evening will begin with a tour of the facility and led by faculty and students.
The Cuisinart Center for Culinary Excellence sets the tone for expansion and renovation of Johnson & Wales University's Harborside campus. The building supports the university's expanding curriculum with 30 teaching labs and classrooms and sets a new standard for culinary education in the United States and around the world.
