Susan Rundle is President and CEO of Performance Concepts International (PCI). Her educational and workplace programs focus on creating learner-centered environments that inspire minds to dream and become more through an emphasis on learner self-awareness. Susan's program offerings include differentiation in the classroom through learning styles, enhancing individual and team performance, cultural diversity, and more. Susan also serves as an instructor for the Association for Learning Environments Advanced Academy for Designing Learning Spaces, where she facilitates the first of six courses: Designing schools to Support Diverse Learning Needs. The Emerging Professionals Focus Group's primary goal is to engage students and professionals interested in educational facility planning, design, and construction who are in the early stages of their careers. The idea is to harness the energy of this emerging demographic, create awareness of the benefits of A4LE, and foster industry connections. While most Emerging Professionals may fall into a demographic bracket between the ages of 20 and 30 years old, we welcome participants of any age who have recently embarked on a career in the industry.
