Description: Provide client school districts with assistance in planning and constructing new or modernized school facilities under the general direction of the Director and/or Regional Manager. Construction Service Group's main headquarters are located at ESD 112 in Vancouver WA with regional offices at ESD 123 in Pasco, NW ESD 189 in Anacortes, ESD 113 in Olympia, ESD 101 in Spokane and NCESD 171 in Wenatchee. Assignment/Location: This position is Full-Time, 40 hours per week, 260 days (12 months) per year and will be housed in the Eastern Washington (Wenatchee, TriCities, Spokane) areas. Essential Functions: Provide some or all of the following project/construction management functions for school construction projects: 1. Assist with pre-bond planning in the areas of budget, scheduling, and related strategies. 2. Establish and monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality control requirements. 3. Act as the owner's representative during the design, construction, and closeout periods. 4. Provide clear and concise status reports to client districts on a periodic basis. 5. Create and deliver project presentations to school boards, community groups, school administrators, and other stakeholder groups. Minimum Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or GED. 2. Five years of work experience in construction or owner's representation in construction. 3. Experience using MS Word, MS Project (or similar scheduling system) and MS Excel.
